Elhena Agro Products was proudly awarded the Bronze Award in the Micro Category at the SLIM SME Development Awards 2024. One of Sri Lanka’s foremost celebrations of entrepreneurial excellence. The SLIM SME Development Awards (SMEDA), organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing in collaboration with the Asia Small Business Federation (Sri Lanka Chapter), spotlights small and medium enterprises that demonstrate outstanding marketing, branding and sales performance as drivers of economic growth.
The Micro Category recognizes enterprises with annual revenues between Rs 1 million and Rs 15 million, a segment pivotal to local innovation and job creation. In 2024, SMEDA’s expert jury evaluated submissions across fourteen business sectors and ten distinct award disciplines, with the grand finale taking place on April 28, 2025 at the Monarch Imperial. Elhena Agro’s Bronze Award not only reflects its commitment to quality and customer-focused marketing strategies but also cements its role in strengthening Sri Lanka’s agro-industry landscape an achievement aligned with SMEDA’s mission to embed marketing excellence into the growth journeys of the nation’s most dynamic SMEs
